Als u niet op uw afspraak kunt komen, bel uw afspraak dan op tijd af zodat een andere patiënt nog geholpen kan worden! Wij verzoeken u minimaal 24 uur van te voren af te bellen.

Het komt tegenwoordig helaas steeds vaker voor dat men niet op een afspraak verschijnt zonder (tijdige) afmelding. Gezien de drukte in de praktijk ervaren wij dit als zeer vervelend. Wij hadden op dat tijdstip ook iemand anders kunnen helpen.

Kunt u niet komen bij de huisarts en/of de praktijkondersteuner en/of praktijkassistent, belt u dan minimaal 24 uur van te voren met de assistente. Dit kan elk moment van de dag via 020-6421909 keuze 4; spreek duidelijk uw naam, geboortedatum en afspraaktijd in. Uw afspraak wordt dan direct uit de agenda verwijderd.

Het tarief van een no show factuur is afhankelijk van de gereserveerde tijd en variëren van € 25,- tot € 50,-. Deze kunt u niet bij uw zorgverzekeraar indienen.

Voorkom een no show factuur en zeg uw afspraak minimaal 24 uur van te voren af!

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel it in time so that another patient can still be assisted! We kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Unfortunately, it is becoming more common nowadays for appointments to be missed without (timely) cancellation. Given the busyness of the practice, we find this very inconvenient. We could have helped someone else at that time.

If you cannot make it to the GP and/or the practice nurse and/or practice assistant, please call the assistant at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done at any time of the day via 020-6421909 option 4; clearly state your name, date of birth, and appointment time. Your appointment will then be immediately removed from the schedule.

The fee for a no-show invoice depends on the reserved time and ranges from €25 to €50. You cannot claim this from your health insurer.

Avoid a no-show invoice and cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance!
